Responsibilities:
- Assist to resolve any clients' related issues
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate customer service
- Handle and attend to clients' enquiries and feedback
Requirements:
- Must possess at least class 2B license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated and self driven
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liase with Mandarin speaking clients
- Only Singaporeans/PRs/Malaysians need apply
