As a Marketing Executive, your role is to market a series of events in Myanmar and aim to grow them into regional – world class events. You will work hand in hand with the project team on meeting marketing deliverables and maintaining good relationships with local partners and vendors .
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research on gathering data for the events assigned to you
- Liaise with designers and printers and manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
- Drive delegates and visitors for your portfolio of events
- Meet delegate revenue targets set for the project
- Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and propose marketing strategies to ensure success to your events
- Monitor competitor activity
- Support the marketing manager and other colleagues
- Opportunity to travel to Myanmar frequently
Job Requirements:
- No experience is needed as on job training will be given
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business related courses
- Ability to converse in Burmese is a must
- Strong communication and proof reading skill
- Able to start work immediately (preferred)
