Responsibilites:
- 3-4 Years Experience in Handling L/C Bank Documents
- Perform Reception Duties and Greet Visitors or Guests
- Handle Telephone Calls and Enquires
- Handle Office Surrounding and Security Management
- Handle General Administrative Duties, Provide Office Administration Support and other Work
- Handle Incoming and Outgoing Faxes, Mails and Couriers
- Maintain Filing System
- Manage the Company Database
- Provide Quality Administrative and Secretarial Support
Requirements:
- Form 5 or Above, At Least 1 Year of Work Experience in Office Administration
- Excellent Telephone manner with Good Communications
- Proficiency in Spoken and Written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good Team Player and Able to Work Independently
- Independent, Initiative, Well-Organized and Detail-Minded
- Pleasant and Independent with Good Working Attitude and Strong Sense of Responsibility
- Immediate Available is Preferred
