As Sr. Account Manager of DiningCity.com Shanghai, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
The work involves:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts (we have approximately 90 active clients)
- Contact with clients and follow-up (e-mail, in person, by phone)
- Attending client meetings
- Contract management and follow-up
- Updating client information on server and website
- Uploading information on website regularly
- Customer service
- Business development new accounts
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Dealing with all aspects of a campaign, such as PR and Marketing (Restaurant Week 2x per year)
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
- Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
- Achieving sales targets
- Completing administrative work, as required by account management (such as contract management, server updates and website updates)
- Translations En-CN/CN-EN

Entry
You're likely to attain the position of account manager after a few years' experience in the role of account executive.
You do not need any particular qualifications. However, advertising is a very competitive industry and many employers will expect you to be qualified to degree or at least BTEC HND level.
Any degree is acceptable, but you may have an advantage with one of the following:
- Advertising
- Marketing
- Communication and media studies
- Business or management
