Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for conducting inspections of the commercial building

  • Responsible for daily operation of security, car park, housekeeping and fire safety

  • Attend to tenants' complaints/feedbacks

  • Oversee building improvement works

  • To patrol all common areas of the commercial building and report on any abnormalities

 Requirements:



  • NITEC in Property & Facilities Management / Real Estate Management or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in building operations

  • Willing and able to perform 12-hour shift duties

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
