We are looking for F&B Manager for The Venetian Macao - Resort - Hotel
Support the goals of the Director of Operations through diligent and proactive management of F&B operations.
Oversees day-to-day operation of Food and Beverage Department with a team of dedicated managers.
Control and analyze on an on-going basis for guest satisfaction; merchandising and marketing; operating costs; sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
Act immediately on all customer complaints to insure quick and efficient resolution and achieve guest satisfaction.
Work with team members in service and food or beverage preparation to formulate new promotional ideas that would impact the revenues and profitability of the outlet. Review operating results with the team and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Plan in conjunction with the Director of Operations activities, promotions and menu implementations.
