Responsibilities:
*Lead the team to develop and complete the search engine channel marketing plans and goals of language website;
*To lead and guide the team to complete the daily advertising optimization, multilingual website on the charge of Traffics, CTR, CPA is responsible for various business KPI;
*According to market feedback and advertising performance, and further expansion of channel marketing strategy to find more breakthrough point;

Responsibilities:
*Lead the team to develop and complete the search engine channel marketing plans and goals of language website;
*To lead and guide the team to complete the daily advertising optimization, multilingual website on the charge of Traffics, CTR, CPA is responsible for various business KPI;
*According to market feedback and advertising performance, and further expansion of channel marketing strategy to find more breakthrough point;
*Study SEM techniques and to guide the team put in the work, research user habits, do keywords research, making the team to a higher level.

Requirements:
*Bachelor degree or above, a focus in e-commerce is preferred;
*Good commands of the following languages: Spanish , Japanese,Arabic;
*2 years of experience running Google Adwords ,need the experience to lead the team;
*Excellent data analysis capabilities, good at summing up the law from the mass data;
*On the number of sensitive, acute powers of observation, the accumulated data can be found in time according to the potential problems;
*Learning ability, and response capability;
*With the leadership, good team work to improve motivation;
*Love the Internet, professionalism, good communication and coordination, work and meticulous, with a high degree of responsibility.
