Some executives and managers thrive under pressure. Others wilt. Is the reason all in their heads? Hardly. Sustained high achievement demands physical and emotional strength as well as sharp intellect. To bring mind, body, and spirit to peak conditions, executives and managers need to learn what world-class athletes already know.
Moreover firms are increasingly looking to evolve a broader employee value proposition and use Health & Wellness programs to gain sustainable competitive differentiation through a healthy, happy and engaged workforce. The top drivers for promoting health and wellness in organizations are productivity and performance, and talent attraction and retention.
Understanding how sleep affects health and fitness goals, what heart rate variability (HRV) is and how it impacts your performance is critical to avoid burnout and improve your quality of life.
Hear from Hans Holdhaus - who has worked with Olympic athletes - how to achieve a healthy level of individual performance and how to build a culture of Corporate Health & Wellness.
Join the conversation and learn strategies how to:
- minimize stress
- enhance work-life balance
- build an effective health & wellness program
